Dinner at La Boca!

June 16th Santa Fe

Hello again!
Tonight we had a very exiting dinner! We went to a restaurant called La Boca!!!!!!!! We had tapas...... which means a lot of little tiny meals for sharing or something like that. Any ways, the food was incredible! My dad being the way he is, took lots of photos. So for my foody friends, here are the pix:

So the computer actually reversed the order of the pix, so we started with the one at the bottom, and ended with the one at the top. So the one at the bottom is a flat bread topped with pork, manchego cheeze, celantro, a red chilly sause and I can't remember what else. The seconde from the bottom is grilled eggplant w/ melted manchego cheeze, capers and saffron honey. The third dish from the bottom is the mediterranean salad w/ turkish apricot, olives, feta cheeze, honey vinaigrette and mixed greens. The forth dish from the bottom is the coco verde, which is baby spinich and garlic on flat bread with melted manchego cheeze. The one at the very top, is the ahi tuna carpaccio w/ blood orange ailolis, smoked sea salt and olives. YUMM!!!!!! Thay where all great, but my favorits where the salad and the coco verde. What a meal!!
